18-Month Leadership Program
We believe that men are called to the spiritual leadership of the church and their families, and Timothy Leadership is designed to be a springboard into that role for the men in the program.
Timothy Leadership is a high expectation, high accountability leadership training program directed by a combination of pastors, elders, and lay leaders at Scottsdale Bible Church. The primary areas of focus in the 18-month program will be foundational theology, personal spiritual development, and discipleship training. The goal of each class in the program is to develop a group of godly men who are connected with each other and the church in a way that empowers them to serve the community of believers in a more collaborative and effective way.
Time Commitment
Kick Off Dinner
August 20, 2025
We encourage you to bring your wives as we kick off the program. This will also be a chance to meet elders, pastors, & leaders you’ll interact with during the program.
Timothy Trainings
Monthly on the second Saturday starting September 13, 2025
These monthly trainings will expose you to a variety of spiritual and theological topics.
Triad Meetings
60-90 minute meetings twice monthly
These meetings occur twice monthly with your accountability group and scheduled by each group individually.
Leadership Retreat
November 7-9, 2025
This is an out-of-town weekend retreat to connect and build relationships with your class and the leadership of Timothy.

June 5-14, 2026*

Graduation Dinner
January 14, 2027
This is a celebratory dinner, where your wives are encouraged to attend. We will be recognizing your completion of the program.

Theology
Readings from Systematic Theology to sharpen your knowledge of biblical topics
Topical
A topical reading that supports the next month’s Timothy Training Saturday AM Session
Financial Commitment
Program Materials
$750, payable in installments with a $150 first payment
Retreat
$300 to cover meals and boarding
Mission Trip
Participants will fundraise approximately $3000 for the mission trip.
Ready for the Adventure?
The number of participants for Timothy Leadership is limited. Applications will be reviewed and participants selected and notified in early July. First payment will be requested upon acceptance to the program.
